Construction Consulting Partners was founded in 2002 to provide professional consulting services with an emphasis on Owner’s Representation, Project Management and Facilities Consulting.
Just as no two projects are alike, no two Owners are alike. We provide professional services focused on technical competency and a collaborative style tailored specifically to each client. Our work includes a variety of public and private clients. Projects range from technically detailed historic renovations to comprehensive ‘green field’ projects commencing with site acquisition through Owner occupancy.

Assist the Owner by acting as its advocate, protecting the Owner’s interest while providing Project Management and Owner guidance. - Project Management
Manage budget, schedule and quality, employing methods and processes to deliver a project which meets or exceeds the Owner’s expectations. - Cost Estimating
Develop integrated cost estimates for Predesign, Master Planning, Program Planning, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document phases. In addition, we can provide Value Engineering and Cost Management services. - Facilities Audits & Assessments
Provide a “snapshot” of facility condition, along with a narrative which explains the conditions, offers recommendations, and if desired, generate costs for correction or mitigation of problems identified. - Facilities Consulting
Develop guidelines for Facility Management processes, procedures, and organization structure to optimize the facilities and their operation. - Deferred Maintenance & Reinvestment Programs
Utilizing our Facilities Audits and Assessments, we develop a plan/program to address facility deficiencies, including prioritization, costs, and schedules.
