Beth has wide-ranging project management and construction management experience, with over 25 years devoted to representing owners through all phases of predesign, design and construction programs.

Beth’s management style and extensive experience managing facility design, construction, maintenance and improvement projects will significantly benefit your project team.

As an owner and a consultant, Beth understands and appreciates the high level of communication and organization necessary for a successful project. She can direct activities to maintain safe, efficient, and effective operations as well as a smooth construction process.

Randy Lutz

Randy has extensive experience in facilities management, construction management, and construction administration. He has directed new construction, maintenance operations, additions and remodeling over a broad range of building types, college campuses and large complexes, ranging from factories to residential structures and schools to utility plants.

With a strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and structural systems, Randy’s technical background and experience as a building owner as well as a consultant will provide a unique and valuable perspective to your project team.

Mary Closner

Mary has a unique background in event planning, customer service and sales. She handles all the administrative, accounting, marketing, and organizational aspects of the company. Mary’s creative strengths and contacts in the community make her a great source of information as well as an active member of the Northfield community.

Nilla

Nilla is the shop dog at Construction Consulting Partners. Her main job is to rush to the door to make you feel welcome which includes an embarrassing amount of licking. She desperately wishes her owners were better trained to deal with this problem, but so far, no luck. If you visit the office, please remember treats are always appreciated!
